Tom Shadrach's Action Plan - First 3 Months
Cape Coral taxpayers deserve to know what their elected representatives intend to do, and how they plan to get it done. If elected this November, I will come to City Council prepared to act. My Action Plan lays out the proposals I will bring forward during my first months in office to strengthen financial oversight, control spending, review major projects and give residents a stronger voice in their government.
From the Yacht Club and Bimini East to utility expansion, roads and public safety, this plan puts clear financial information and responsible planning at the center of our decisions. I will work with my fellow Council members to advance these priorities, bring residents into the process through volunteer committees and follow through with regular financial and performance reviews.
You deserve a Council that respects your money, listens to your concerns and does the work. It’s time for action, and here is the plan.
