Tom's Plan for the Yacht Club: 25% of initial estimates and open by the end of 2027.
Now that a decision has been made to hold off on the Community Center and Parking Garage. Let’s make decisions to open the park fully by the end of 2027. The amount necessary to get the Yacht Club operational and useful by the end of 2027 in my analysis is $62,202,969.
